I identify my therapeutic approach as humanistic, strength-based, and client-centered.
In my clinical practice I utilize elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Depth Psychology, trauma-informed approaches, and psychodynamic modalities to provide a holistic and eclectic approach that is individualized for every client. Through exploration of metaphor and symbolism, I join with clients in shedding light on themes and patterns as a means of increasing understanding and self-awareness.
I firmly believe that the more connected we are with ourselves, the greater our capacity to connect with the world around us.
In addition to seeing clients in my private practice, I also work at the SF Therapy Collective and Two Chairs.
I offer free phone consultations for prospective clients; please contact me if you're interested!
